Monthly renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your payment provider charges the subscription price, plus any applicable tax, at each renewal.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt email, or email [email protected] for help.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests
If you are unhappy with the paid service, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Explain the issue and include enough purchase information for us to locate the transaction. We will consider your refund request.
Paddle handles refunds as the merchant of record.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Free features
On-device OCR, barcode scanning, and other on-device features are always free. They do not require a paid subscription.
